ChooseLocalOrganic was founded in September of 2015, by Colin O’Brien: a healthy eater, musician, online marketer, and serial entrepreneur. He found a passion for healthy-eating and living, after developing an unidentified chronic-pain disorder. After changing his lifestyle and diet, he began consuming only locally sourced vegetables, and organic / pasture-raised eggs and meat products, to the best of his ability.
This began an onset of learning about new products, to achieve a more natural lifestyle, with fewer additives and risk-factors. With this in mind, he began making organic beef and chicken bone-broth, after learning of the many benefits. Like others, Colin experienced better sleep, increased concentration and focus, and even a reduction in his pain levels, after drinking his broth. He’s an avid believer in the broth and consumes it daily. It also serves as a great stock or base for soups and other dishes! Colin hopes to inspire others to find a healthier and more natural lifestyle, so that they may more easily achieve their goals.
